Welcome to one of the most charming cities of Spain. Seville is the capital of southern Spain’s Andalusia region. It has sunshine and blue skies pretty much all year round. Seville has that feisty Spanish lust for life, with flamenco, live music and buzzing tapas bars around the city. It's rich history has left the city stuffed with innumerable monuments like the awesome cathedral , the third largest in the world, the Giralda tower, the wonderful palace of the Reales Alcázares, the magical Barrio of Santa Cruz with its narrow streets, the Maestranza bullfighting ring, the passion for Flamenco and the perfume of orange blossoms on every corner.

Tentative Itinerary Highlights:
Las Setas de Sevilla Known as the Metropol Parasol project by the architect Jürgen Mayer, it is the largest wooden structure in the world. Level 1 (street level) is the Central Market. The roof of Level 1 is the surface of the open-air public plaza, shaded by the wooden parasols above and designed for public events. Levels 2 and 3 are the two stages of the panoramic terraces (including a restaurant), offering one of the best views of the city centre.
The Seville Cathedral is the largest gothic cathedral in the world, and the third-largest church in the world. The size and scale of its interior is quite astounding. For more information click here
The Alcázar of Seville is a royal palace in Seville, Spain, built for the Christian king Peter of Castile. It was built by Castilian Christians on the site of an Abbadid Muslim residential fortress destroyed after the Christian conquest of Seville (House Martell in Dorne for the Game of Throne fans).
Flamenco Dancing developed as a way for the gypsies to express the sadness of their downtrodden lives. As such, many of the first flamenco performances happen in bars as these passionate souls got to talking about their dejection but found words not enough to express their woe. It is a quest for authenticity, for the pure expression of those human feelings that are both uniquely, intimately personal, and universally shared.
Discover Seville from Eustorian boat Take a ride on a river cruise of this incredible thousand year old city where you will see from its monuments the different cultures such as the Romans, Christians and Moors who over many centuries lived together here. Enjoy tapas and Spanish wine, a glass of beer or a soft drink accompanied by background music. The river which slowly glides through the centre of the city is in fact a canal, there are no waves so there is no risk of seasickness. You will instead enjoy a gentle breeze on the Guadalquivir (The Big River in Arabic).
Cooking class and market tour Guests have the chance to get involved in the preparation of authentic Spanish dishes. Classes are designed for both novice and experienced cooks that will be able to learn and develop new techniques and skills. Classes are taught by a professionally trained chef in English.
